These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clipforge (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of all video content and other materials you upload or import ("Your Content"). You grant Clipforge a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to clip and repost any content you process through the Service. This typically means: (a) you own the content, (b) you are participating in a creator-authorized program (e.g., Whop-listed clip programs, Hormozi clip contest, Gadzhi affiliate) that grants reposting rights, or (c) you have a written license from the rights holder. Fair use is fact-specific and is not a blanket defense. You are solely responsible for compliance with copyright law and platform terms.

Third-party platforms

The Service lets you post to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You agree not to use the Service in a way that violates any platform's terms, rate limits, spam policies, or community guidelines.

Acceptable use

• No uploading content you do not have rights to.
• No content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights.
• No attempting to circumvent platform rate limits, bans, or authentication systems.
• No reverse engineering the Service or its models.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that clips will go viral, that posts will be delivered on time, or that connected platforms will accept every upload.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipforge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clipforge harmless from any claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights (including platform terms and copyright).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
